We want returning an item(s) to be as easy as possible for our dear customers. Our warm and friendly customer service team are available daily from 9AM – 6PM (except public holidays) to assist in every possible way.



Returns/Claims may only be requested if it falls within these conditions:

    1. If you receive the wrong device/order
    2. If your order was damaged upon arrival, excluding any cosmetic issues as stipulated. 

Failure to notify us of any of the above issues within 2 days of receiving the goods, you hereby acknowledge that the device is correct and in good working order.



In any case of a refund, you will be refunded via store credits. Store credit given will be based on the total amount paid for the order, excluding any discounts used. We do not accept cash refunds at this moment.

We will process your refund within 30 business days after a confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not of the same purchased device (same IMEI with your order) and/or tampered with.



All purchases are final, and we do not permit any form of exchange of the device unless you have purchased our Replace Plus service.


With every purchase of our device, we provide you with a 1-month warranty. The warranty starts on the date of purchase.

Warranty covers all functional issue for all devices, except for the below stipulated condition:

    1. Wear and tear from normal use (including a decrease in battery capacity)
    2. Physical or accident damage
    3. Liquid or moisture damage
    4. Modified software (jailbreaking or rooting your device)
    5. If the warranty seal has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered.

No warranty on FREE accessories.

    Please provide the following details upon reaching out to our team for a smoother request.

      1. Order Number (exp: CAM9999)
      2. Return Reason
      3. Sent us photos/videos of your devices for verification purposes


    b. Prepare your return

      1. Kindly remove all passwords (if any) upon returning the device. Passwords include your device passcode, Apple/Samsung/Google ID and other possible personal accounts set in the device.
      2. Remove all personal data and to factory reset your device before returning it. In the event you fail to do so, we will not be liable for any loss of data or any other issues arising out of the failure to erase all data from the device
      3. Remove your SIM card
      4. Pack the item(s) with all provided accessories in the original packing.

    Once you receive a confirmation from our team, you can return your products via post or other delivery services to the address below:

    After the returned product package is received and inspected, our customer service team will advise on the next step.

    Please expect for an end-to-end return/claim service will take up to 14 working days commencing on the day that we receive the product package from you.
