By default your device comes with a 1-month warranty. For a small fee, you can opt for a 6 or 12-month extended warranty.

03. SERVICE REQUEST
- Submit your service request by emailing us at deviceservice@compasia.com if you purchased Extended Warranty plan or support@compasia.com for Standard Warranty claim.Â
04. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customer service representatives will advise and guide you on the process
05. INVOICE
Provide your invoice and IMEI number for us to verify and process the claim
We will repair with no charge

Exchange with another refurbished product of an equivalent value
